Free range ground chicken mixed with diced organic tofu in a "Piri Kara" sauce made with soy sauce, ginger, and bean thread noodles. Tossed with romaine lettuce and then topped with cilantro and green onions.

Spinach and Sesame Salad (Goma-ae) $10.00/lb

Spinach tossed in a traditional ground sesame sauce.
